So I cant seem to keep my modem connected. Its a new netgear N600 modem (as I bought a new one due to this problem) and its having the same issues. I have posted the signal levels below.
There is now just the new modem connected to my account, and my download speeds are great... but I just all of a sudden cant connect to the internet. If I look at the modem lights, they are all green, and the status page when I log in shows its connected fine, but nothing will pass... not wired or wireless traffic.
Thoughts? What more info can I give to help?

ok, so after banging my head on the wall all night, the modem will stay solid and coonected if I move the power brick for the xbox away from it. I moved it last night around midnight and I havent had issues since. Just before the problem started, I moved the brick next to the modem but never assumed they would interact in any way
FWIW now, those signal stats that you posted were o/k. Hope that things hold up for you. Good luck !

Even though the signal stats look o/k, the error log entries confirm that something is going on.
There are other signal stat figures that can cause problems which can't be read by the modem.
I'm going to try referring your topic to the resident "Experts" here who can then escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. They can check the CMTS (Cable Modem Termination System) for any real time degradation and / or error reports, see your node / cable plant and modem health, and see whether or not everything is in the green zone. They can also see a history plot for the modem.
You should get a reply here in your topic.
Thank you for the quick response jweaver0312 !
Thanks.
Do I need to do anything about it at this point? If they are looking at it I dont want to call, but im still going offline all the time so I rthought I would ask
We don't know if they are looking at it yet. Hang tight and see if they respond here in your thread.
How about i give another fact I have found...
When my internet traffic stops, I can still search google. Like type in my address bar anything, and google will show me a list of sites, all of them unavailable when I try to visit them.
This add anything useful?
ok doing some research, im trying to see what my ipv4 and ipv6 status is when it stops working. Ill update when I figure that out
so unplugging a wifi access point seems to have solved the issue. It worked fine for over a year, but now if I leave it plugged in, all ipv4 trqaffic will stop after a while... no idea why... but whatever. Thanks for the space to post and work through it.
Hi, looking4it2 - My apologies for the delayed response. Seems like you already resolved your issue but please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
