internet down occasionally with no ranging response received T3 timeout

I have this issue 1~2 times everyday, no internet and it recovers after several minutes.

from my netgear C6300 modem, I saw "no ranging response received - T3 time-out".

I called xfinity agent and they always say "reboot your modem", "now I see it's working well", ... the only suggestion is to change my modem but I used same modem in previous house and it worked well. And also I checked the coaxial cable and there's no any splitter in the line.

Any suggestion? How to ask xfinity have tech person to look at my house? Agent always said your network is good, call us when you have issue next time...but it recovers after minutes.

Re: internet down occasionally with no ranging response received T3 timeout

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the 6300 with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

Re: internet down occasionally with no ranging response received T3 timeout

it's WiFi connection from PC to modem/router, and the logs are from netgear 6300.

When network is down, I'm sure the router ethernet port is also down because my camera basestation connected to router ethernet port is also down(I saw the error LED status once).

and the network down time match the "T3 timeout" event log in the 6300.
