intermittent internet connection issue

intermittent internet connection issue

Have been having intermittent internet issues sometimes every hour and sometimes every 10 minutes. Techs have been here three times and have not been able to find the issue (the only thing they have not checked is the coax wiring from outside to back of modem), It is very critical to me to have the internet working since I work from home mostly

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
