Simple... Go here http://whatismyipaddress.com/

Or if your directly connected to your cable modem (ie. not connected to a router) Click on the network icon down in your task bar and bring up the network status...

You can always goto start>run>cmd and at the command line type ipconfig /all and that will give you your ip address also.

If one is behind a router, doing that will give one the IP addy that the router is assigning and not one's public (WAN) IP addy assigned by the ISP.
