Re: gateway adress

What is the gateway address?  Was the printer set for DHCP and received all its settings automatically from the router?  How are you expecting the printer to use the gateway address?  Are you trying to access it via the internet?

Re: gateway adress

Web access test results from hp states that the local network is connected and the gateway is configured BUT.  the gateway is not accessible. “This printer is currently configured with a gateway address that cannot be accessed.  Not having an accessible  gateway adress  can prevent the printer from communicating over network or accent the internet.”  So it does not get to the internet or the network

It was onfigured by the router automatically.  Have no. Idea how fix so it can get to internet.  I believe it is dhcp.

Re: gateway adress

Are you talking about an assigned IP address or a WiFi network password ?

Re: gateway adress

Also, which model printer do you have?  I have an HP Officejet 81002C which I can try replicating your issue.  How are you testing it (what tool) for network/internet access?
