Xfinity and their incompetence

Over the past 30 days my Internet has stopped working 9 times. Most recently it has stopped working three days in a row. Each time it has stopped working around noon and stayed disconnected for 7-10 hours. How am a I supposed to run a home business AND have a child entertained (during Texas heat) when my Internet is not working for 7-10 hours DURING THE DAY?! Worse yet, Xfinity can’t seem to understand that neither I nor my wife can take off of work during the week to accommodate their scheduling process. Xfinity, your incompetence is showing.
