I have a 1000 Mbps subscription with the Xfinity X1 (or XFi?) Gateway box. On the Xfinity app, the speed test to the gateway *ALWAYS* shows under 60 Mbps.
Repeated restart if the gateway *does not help*.
An Xfinity technician came home, inspected all connections inside and was satisfied that everything was in order. He went outside to look at a junction box and then went away.
My network access speeds are nowhere in the range of the Quality of Service that I've paid for.
I want to know what Comcast is doing about this.
