Xfi Advantage Modem keeps going out.

Anyone have the Xfi Advantage system?  We have had it for a couple weeks and it constantly goes out on us.  I have to actually reset the modem and it starts working again.  The Range isn't the greatest either.  I just got my 2 week email message saying their "algorhythm" has found that our modem range is operating well, yeah, OK.  (Therefore, I am not elegible for the free pods, but may purchase them if I want for $120 I think)  I had to get the unlimited data, so I switched over to this system.  Tech support knows little to nothing about this system so they are useless to ask.  When a new system comes out they really need to educate their employees better.  Every question I ask is met with an "I don't know, its so new yet."  Anyone have the same problem or found a fix?
