I have been a comcast subscriber for 6 months now and everything was running as expected with my X1 system.
Then the cold winter weather came and on Dec 14th my service started having issues that several techs haven't been able to fix.
1) Intermittently my devices lose the internet connection even though I have full connection to my WiFi via the 2.4 or 5ghz WiFi connections. This happens multiple times a day. I have full WiFi bars, I can even stand right next to the router, and it the internet won't work on any of my devices. A short time later I am back up an running with no interaction to fix the service. I have had 6 techs to the house so far. Replaced the modem 3 times, ran multiple tests, and the problem still continues.
2) My boxes are juddry, pixelating, freezing, and losing connection intermittently.
I have a MoCa Filter at my POE, I have a MoCa amp right after that which sends the signal to my modem, my dvr, and my 5 other boxes.
What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
