I have paid for Blast Pro for years now, and never received the stated speeds. I have worked with online and phone techs and only been able to achieve small increases. Yet, every day I get an email from Comcast on how they have increased my speeds. I just changed to the new Xfi modem with worst results that with the old modem. A tech came out today, only to quote the disclaimers for this email I keep recieving. Even with an ethernet connection to devices I am not recieving the increased or standard speeds I am paying for. The tech says "I need a thing for my laptop". I have no idea what a "thing" is and apparently niether did he. Can anyone tell me if they have had any success in getting this fixed?
