i was late on my bill so my services were disconnected, i paid the bill and they were reinstated, that was yesterday. Today the wifi just went down again and i cant get through to any reps to help me, ive tried trouble shooting and its not helping.
Does a computer / device that is hardwired to the gateway with an ethernet cable work ?
