WI-FI ON DEMAND ISSUES!!

Hello,

I cannot connect to the WiFi hotspot on my phone or laptop. My ps4 is connected and streaming fine but other devices are showing “internet connection”. I’ve tried logging in and I keep getting “sorry a network issue occurred” and even trying to get a buy a new WiFi on demand pass, I get a screen saying “welcome back, you still have time on your pass”. I’m in several WiFi zones and they all have full bars. Also I pay for Internet and am just using the hotspot until I receive a router on Friday. PLEASE HELP

Try contacting the Xfinity Wifi Access team at 866 489-0919, they will be able to assist you further with any access pass issues.
