So there are several forums regarding people with the same issue and the issue is that my ipv6 is supported but not the ipv4. Everyone who gets this issue resolved has a Comcast guy like Comcast Phil or Comcast John direct message them and they fix it. Some please help me. I have a midterm paper due tonight and my options are limited. I have talked to multiple agents over the phone including tier 2 from Comcast and Arris but I need someone who can fix this because they couldn't. Please help.
