Upgraded speeds not working, dropping connection

About 2 months ago we upgraded from a measly 25Mbps (but we had a solid connection) to the 250Mbps Blast.  Our own modem was only pulling 90Mbps (hard-wired), 40 wi-fi, even though it was capable of the 250 speed.  So at the recommendation of comcast, we bought a much more expensive Surfboard Arris and upgraded to a mesh routing system.  $400+ and we were pulling the exact same speeds (90/40).  So, we decided to try comcast's modem before forking over any more money.  No change.  A technician came and replaced the outside line, checked everything inside, and tried the X3 and X6 modem.  He gave up after still getting 90Mbps speed as before, but now the connection KEEPS DROPPING.   Within 7 days I've had 2 fulls days that I haven't been able to use the internet because it drops about every 30 seconds and has to reconnect.  So now I have a shoddy connection and still don't have the speeds I'm paying for.  And comcast is out of suggestions -- 'Everything looks good on our end.'    Help.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

 

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
