Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted

Hello,

 

I have recently upgraded my Comcast plan to 1000mpbs, since then I had to upgrade my modem to support the speed. I have been having connection issues ever since. I had a Comcast tech come out and remove the splitter in the wall which didn't seem to fix the issue. I have confirmed with Netgear that my modem is working propertly.  I'm not sure what else I can do to fix this issue. Please help.

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
