I have been having a problem since I moved to a new address and I have talked to a few members at custumer service and no one has been able to help me. The problem is that when I connect to (xfinitywifi) I get prompt to login and after I login the website tells me I don't have an account and I need to buy a pass to use the wifi. Can anyone help me with this?
