T3 timeout and slow speed

T3 timeout and slow speed

My cable modem is contantly getting t3 timeout and the internet is slow and sometime the connection is down. And OFDMA upstream channels are not locked. I tried to call in to get help without success.

Try posting your downstream and upstream levels, they’re more important

Comcast does not yet offer DOCSIS 3.1 / OFDM for the upstream, so you won't see any.
