Hi - started having issues after an Xfinity truck showed up at my neighbors house so I am guessing they messed with the local node or my drop line. I have gigabit service and my download speeds are fine - 500-900MBs, but upload speeds are 0.5MB-1.5MB. I checked my modem and everything looks fine outside of the T3 (and some older T4) errors that have popped up.
I am looking for some help as the packet loss has completely inhibited my abilitiy to do video conferencing for work. I have called tech support but it is the same "restart your modem" script that isn't having an impact.
