Suffering from intermittent internet (do I have a bad modem)?

Suffering from intermittent internet (do I have a bad modem)?

My internet goes down several time a day. A tech has been out here and confirmed that the line is fine. So it may be the modem I bought to use with the service: Netgear CM500-100NAS.

 

I see many critical issues listed in the log for the modem each time the internet goes down.

Also listed below is the channel information. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what the issue is? Do I simply need to get a new modem?

I can’t help but I’m having the same issue. It started 9.14 at about 1 am. I replaced the modem, coax and router and only have internet when my computer is connected to the modem via Ethernet. The tech that came out assures me the line is fine. 🤬
