If you want to troubleshoot this yourself, please see Connection Troubleshooting Tips. If you still need help, please provide Information Requested for Connection-Related Posts. Problems with Internet service is often due to a poor connection between your equipment and Comcast's network, usually in or near your home.
If you are using Wifi it's best to switch to an Ethernet cable connection if possible while measuring speed and checking the reliability of your connection to Comcast.
If you can't find the problem or you'd rather have Comcast do the troubleshooting, call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or chat with them using the Internet Support option at https://support.xfinity.com/chat. If they can't fix the problem remotely, insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.
If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit unless you have their Service Protection Plan (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device, or anything outside your home, you shouldn't be charged.
I managed to log into my modem page, and got these screen shots. I do not really know how to read them. Unfortunately I do not have a computer with an ethernet port and the playstation 4 doesn't load up netgear genie past the login screen, so it is over wifi. I was able to do a speed test in the playstation browser while it was connected directly to my modem via ethernet and it does get almost identical speeds as my devices connected to wifi. I have a netgear cm700 modem with a nighthawk ac1750 router. The lights on my modem are just lit up solid when im having issues, which has been constant for the past 4-5 days. My upload speeds vary from under 1 mbps to 3 mbps, while my down speeds are great. But i think it's the upload speeds that are messing up my gaming. Ive only had this service and router/modem setup for a few months and everything has been fine up until now. I havent contaced comcast yet, trying to see if anyone knows what to do. Thank you.
I dont think the screen shots worked for some reason. Ill try this
I'm not good at this stuff

The downstream power levels are borderline/too low. The upstream power is too high, and only one channel has bonded where there should be 3 or 4. You should have Comcast send out a tech to fix this.

Can you post another set of downstream and upstream signals? The problem may very well be intermittent.
It's just so frustrating because it was working great a week ago. And the modem and router are only a couple months old. So i really think its something with my internet not my equipment. I just wish I knew more about this stuff, so I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.
As before, the downstream power levels are borderline/too low. The upstream power levels are all borderline/too high, and although there are now four channels, one of them is Not Locked.
If the previously posted Troubleshooting link doesn't help you, you should have Comcast send out a tech to fix this.
I'm so glad you reached out to us about this. I also prefer to spend some time gaming after a long hard day of work so I absolutely understand the importance of having a stable connection and the frustration when you can't connect. I would really like to take a closer look and see what needs to be done in order to restore a reliable connection to you. Please send me a private message with your first and last name so I can assist.

@Sn0wfl4ke, we did not hear back from you in our private message or on here, so I will be locking this thread. Please be sure to send me or ComcastTambrey another PM if you still need assistance with these slow upload speeds. Please create a new Public post for any new issues or concerns, we're here to help. Thanks and we appreciate you being the best part of Comcast.
