I just purchased a MD8600 Motorola modem. I called support to get it activated. Once I got of the phone it stopped working. Spoke to a tech who didn't understand what I was talking about whe I told him about IPV6. I saw that others have had this same issue. What I do not want to happen is that I have to have 6 techs to come out before this is resolved. Please someone look at these numbers and let me know what I need to do get this fixed asap. i have posted my event logs and stats.
