I've been having issues connecting a smart home bridge to my Xfinity network. Support for the manufacturer of the bridge (Keen Home) has helped provide a bit of info to try to get the connection through the firewall, but I still haven't been able to get anything to work. I've set up a new connected device with their provided MAC number and a reserved IP address, then I endabled port forwarding and "added a service" with the information provided by Keen. Still no connection. I called Xfinity support, but unfortunately they weren't able to help at all - the issue was elevated to a higher technical level, but I still have not recieved a call back (over a week ago). Anyone have any insight into what I need to do to get this Smart Home bridge connected?
