Slow internet with Blast

I was looking at my bill and noticed a Blast charge.  Don't know anything about it and was never told or explained what it was when I signed up.....imagine that.  I am not computer savy at all, but was doing some reading in this forum and I suppose that "Blast" should increase speeds to around 200 Mbps.  I currently have run speed tests on both the 2.4 and 5 profiles and am only getting 50 Mbps.  Why is this?

The speed test must be run with an ethernet connection.  Wifi will never be as fast.

True but it shouldn't be that much slower.. What do you get for the upload speed ?

Change DNS to manual and use 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.

DNS has nothing directly to do with speed.
