Slow downstream with brand new lines

I had a technician out today that ran brand new everything because my Motorola MB7621 was only connecting to one downstream channel. This seemed to completely correct the issue, and all 24 downstream channels are bonding and working well. I have very low latency (ping ~10ms) and very high reliability (zero disconnects).

However, I'm seeing just 90Mbps download speeds (12Mbps upload) and paying for the 300Mbps Blast service. I made sure to disconnect everything else and hardwire my system. From what I can tell, the numbers look well within the desired parameters from Motorola's support page for their modem - https://motorolamentor.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006259587-Slow-internet-or-intermittent-conn...

I linked an image to my channel values below (attaching was failing for some reason). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Slow downstream with brand new lines

You left out what you are testing with and if it has the capability to go over 100mbps. Are you testing direct out of the modem or out of your router?

Re: Slow downstream with brand new lines

Thanks for the reply, I failed up a storm pretty good, and apparently my router did wind up being the issue. I restarted the modem and it "woke up" numbers wise.
