Slow Internet speed and errors in CM1000 modem log

I noticed my internet speed has been really slow lately and I noticed connection would get dropped few times every week. 

 

Below are the stats from CM1000 interface webpage.

Not sure what to do. I called customer service and was advised technician can not come out due to covid-19. 

 

This network issue is causing problems for my family and I because we still scheduled to work from home till August.

 

Appreciate any help I can get at this point.
