Slow Internet Speed (Wired)

Hi all;

I'm really frustrated with the internet speed. I'm paying for the 150Mbps package but all what I'm getting (wired) is 59Mbps. Gaming online is bad, and streaming videos lags.

I have Netgear C7000V2. I ordered another Gateway to check, Asus CM-32 but problem is still there. I asked Comcast to come check their cables and box but I haven't heard from them yet.

I'm thinking of getting a separate modem-router but I wanted first to get a second opinion from the experts here before I make a next move.

Re: Slow Internet Speed (Wired)

What are you getting for the upload speed ? What speeds does it say that you have here: https://customer.xfinity.com/#/devices Scroll down a bit and look at the right side of the page.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Re: Slow Internet Speed (Wired)

There is nothing on the right side when I scroll down. On the left side, I have Devices, then TV then Internet and Voice, then Support and help. The right side is blank, just white space.

Upload speed "12Mbps", Latency 11ms. The download speed when I test jumps constantly from 59-74Mbps back and forth.

The "Enable Extended Upstream Transmit Power" in the bottom below is checked but for some reason is not showing checked below.
