Slooow internet



Every since we were forced by Comcast to downgrade due to a cost increase our "BLAST" internet is slow.


We now have basic cable with blast internet.  The speed is less that half of what it was before and we have not changed our internet plan.


Can you please help?

Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!
