Significant internet slowdowns/disconnects (high latency without packet loss
For the last few months my internet has been experiencing major slowdowns and even brief disconnects intermittently. Annoying, but infrequent enough that I haven't bothered trying to fix it. However, in the last couple weeks, it's gotten particularly bad. I've already contacted support, who reset my modem and refreshed my connection to the hub. It seemed like it worked for a time, but now the slowdowns are back and just as frequent as before. I've also been experiencing random disconnects from time to time.
Any official help would be greatly appreciated. I'm guessing it's time to schedule an appointment with a technician?
