Signal Levels Low - Losing Connection Multiple Times Per Day

Up until a few weeks ago, we had great gigabit service. Recently, the modem has been losing downstream connections 5-10 times/day and has needed a reset to start working again. This makes working and schooling from home impossible. Signal levels at high frequencies are low.

 

Wiring is a home run to a Comcast-installed amplifier that splits to modem and TV circuits. When first installed, all levels were good.

How do I get a technician to troubleshoot the signal levels outside the house? It seems like something out there has changed, as my neighbors have also just started having similar connection issues.

Imhave chatted and called support many times, but they aren't able to do much more than suggest a restart.
