Setting Up Port Forwarding for Wake-On-Lan

I need to set up a port forward so I can use Wake-On-LAN. I need to be able to access my computer from another building using Remote Desktop but I need to set this up so I can turn it on without having to get someone else to. I have looked everywhere but I cannot find a solution for Xfinity because the way xFi is built you cannot choose what IP address the port forward opens to. I need to be able to open it to the broadcast address (10.0.0.255) but instead Xfinity just randomly assigns an address. Is there any possible way I can set up a port forward to this address or has xFinity just blocked one of the most useful features of port forwarding for no reason?
