Services out for almost 2 weeks and im going insane

My cable AND internet service has been unusable for 2 weeks? I've had 2 techs come out. They've replaced everything. They say no reason for it. 1st tech showed speeds of 20mbps when we pay for 150 mbps? Facebook agents tell me there are tickets for plant repairs but now they've been closed and issue still ongoing? I've got screenshots of power levels and speed tests and logs. I really need help? My posts are being deleted? When I try to access them it says access denied? Here is the log. Please help me I've been with phone support, chat support, twitter, facebook, and reddit support.

Please post the signal stat figures as well.

 

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

They seem fine all i can think of is feedback in the line suddenly?
Here are levels from today. The tech said he saw some poor upstream levels but thats all.
