Service failing multiple times a day

My internet connection fails at least a couple times a day. I'm working from home and my VPN dies completely and my connection to the internet in general shuts down to a trickle. Sometimes rebooting the router works sometimes it doesn't. I'm hating this. My job depends on this. It involves military and medical design. Enjoy the idea of a bundles package of services but this just is unacceptable. I'd use stronger words but they won't let me.
