They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

I would be happy to take a look and see if an additional IP address is available. I do want to mention that I have seen in the past that it did not work with Netgear 3.1 equipment. The only modem I have personally witnessed it work with is the Arris SURFboard SB8200. However- if the feature is available to you, we can certainly try. Let's see what we can find out!
