Second IP for SB8200

Hi, can a Comcast employee help me with this? I see that @ComcastAlly was able to help a customer here

Thanks in advance!

Re: Second IP for SB8200

FIrst, check if an additional IP is available for your service at:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/

(Requires XFINITY account logon)

If it isn't available, then you can't get an additional IP.

If it is, I can go ahead and escalate this to a Comcast specialist to complete your request.

Re: Second IP for SB8200

Hi,

I'm trying to do the same thing with my SB8200. Where in that PDF would it list if additional IP service was available in my area? Thanks!

On the Rate Card for my area in South Central PA, the $6.95 monthly charge for an "Additional IP Address" is listed in the XFINITY INTERNET section, right after "Modem Rental".

Hello all,

The https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/ website is definitely the fastest way to check if the second IP add-on is available in your area. I can also check Smiley Happy Please feel free to send me a private message and include your first and last name. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Send a message.
