FIrst, check if an additional IP is available for your service at:
(Requires XFINITY account logon)
If it isn't available, then you can't get an additional IP.
If it is, I can go ahead and escalate this to a Comcast specialist to complete your request.

On the Rate Card for my area in South Central PA, the $6.95 monthly charge for an "Additional IP Address" is listed in the XFINITY INTERNET section, right after "Modem Rental".
The https://www.xfinity.com/support/rate-card/ website is definitely the fastest way to check if the second IP add-on is available in your area.
