SB8200 intermittent connectivity

I am having this really annoying issue where my internet drops for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.

Every few hours or so duing the busy afternoon/evening time.

I have tested and reset everything on my end. Had a tech come out and check the cabling and the signel levels. (everything was fine)

My pfsense router shows the modem has a default 192.168.100.1 gateway address during down this time.

 

Usually the modem reconnects and everything starts working again. But my router loses its ipv6 address and wont get that back until its rebooted.

The error log shows this at the times I have noticed the outages.

Looks like it loses the sync, and drops the connection?

 

I have tried to call the tech support line, but usually by the time they answer it is connected again, and they just say nothing is wrong.

I've asked an employee to check the CMTS for real-time and historical RF signal reports from your modem. They can also check your local node/plant for any degradation or error reports. You can expect a reply in this thread.
