I am trying to subscribe to a second IP address for the second ethernet port on my SB8200. From Google searches this forum seems like the best place to find people knowledgable enough to get that done. I have had limited success going through the various phone/chat support options. I realize that from other posts this feature might not be available in my area, but if anyone from the Comcast side could help me try to get it set up, it would certainly be appreciated.

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
