SB 6183 Multiple T3/T4 timeouts

SB 6183 Multiple T3/T4 timeouts

I have been facing intermittent connection drop out for the past one week or so.  Tried talking to the customer support rep (who did some test and found everything okay with the line) & switching off the modem multiple times as recommended but the issue persists. Here is the event log from my SB 6183.  Can someone please help?

First off I want to say we never want to see you having any issues with your Xfinity internet as that would be frustrating. I know I would be reaching out as well if I was in your shoes too! Rest assured you are in good hands with our team of experts to work alongside of you each step of the way to resolve your connection. Second we are really thankful for you providing your logs as that information is very helpful. 

 

I know you stated that you already called in and spoke with our professional agents on the phone and already did resets. We just want to make sure everything has been covered for you as far as troubleshooting goes. Did you already try these steps?

 

All coaxial cable connections in the home should be "finger tight".
Please check in the following order for me.
1. Check the coaxial cable at the wall plate.
2. Check the coaxial cable at the Internet device.
3. Adjust/remove splitter if applicable.
4. Ensure device is located at originally installed outlet.
5. Ensure any amplifier within the home (if applicable) is connected to power and reset if possible.

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
