Residential Static IP

I have a static ip on residential, but I need a Dynamic IP because I keep getting ddosed, is there anyway to get Xfinity to change it?

Comcast's Residential service IPs are "sticky dynamic", not static. Static IPs are not available with their residential service. To change your IP see https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/I-have-a-dynamic-Ip-and-my-ip-wont-change/m-p/338410....

I've seen hundreds of similar requests here in the Forums over the more than a decade, and AFAIK Comcast has never granted a single one.

Use noip.com free hostname service which keeps up with the dynamic address
