Receiving Less Than Half Speed

Greetings all,

 

We've recently moved in to a new home and setup Xfinity with 150 mbps service. A few days after the service was setup, we ran the speed test direct linked to the modem and we get between 30 - 35 mbps down. Not exactly close to 150. 

 

I all ready have a visit from a technician and it didnt fix the problem, he change some wires and also change my modem, but it stayed the exact same speed.

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it likely needs to be approved by a Forum Admin.

You could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites and post the link to it here. FWIW, I don't yet recommend that beta speed test that was suggested by others. It is still only in beta stage after all. I've been getting mixed results with it. And also, it doesn't test your upload speed.
