You're not imagining things. I have the same problem with the basic 802 that I've had for over 2 yrs. I have chatted with the Xfinity tech only to lose internet at the end of the conversation with them telling me everything is fine but they could send someone out to check if I want. Been happening all month and I'm very sick of it lol. Always going out when I need it the most.
