I share a similar frustration with comcast. Currently pay for 150mps and speed check shows 10mps. Internet drops off alot. I recieve cold calls from comcast monthly from representatives trying to upsell me on additional services. Comcast should focus on improving the quality of there infrastructure to deliver the speeds and reliability we pay for.

Brend1, thanks for posting! Can you describe your current set up? Are you testing directly hardwired into the modem? are you using a router? Is there a splitter on your line?
