I have the same issue!  We upgraded in June and have had issuses with connectivity daily ever since.  I've wasted hours of my life with tech support to no avail.  They even tried to say it was outdated hardware and sent me a new gateway...it was the same exact one I had.  When I reboot, it works for a bit and eventually goes off again.  I have my gateway in bridge mode and use Eero as my router.  I've even tried disabling bridge mode and this makes no difference.  Also, my upload and download speeds are high.
