I am trying to reach you directly for an unrelated matter/request (relating to ' https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Your-Home-Network/Can-t-Connect-to-Internet-CM400-NetGear-Modem-Stuck-... ' ) but I cannot seem to find the ' send message ' option on your profile page as you instruct.  I've tried with two separate browsers.  Would you be able to advise?
