Re: Two modems one account

I own two Cable modems a Arris SVG2482AC and a Motorola SBG6580 . I tried connecting both to my account and pretty much what happen’s when I do it will Deactivate The one I already have on my account then activate the other one even though both are connected to the line you can only use one per account but the weird thing is when I look online on my account it shows I own two devices on my account which are my modems.

Re: Two modems one account

You're only allowed to activate one modem per consumer account. Unless you're willing to pay an additional internet subscription fee for the other.

If you're looking to extend the range of your current gateway, you can use WiFi extenders, long ethernet runs with switches, powerline adapters or MoCA adapters.
