I too have been experiencing issues with my internet disconnecting. I'm not real tech savvy but I have unplugged and/or rebooted my modem and router several times. The service will work fine for a lil while until I lose connection again. Very frustrating. If issue cannot be resolved, I will have to go with another provider.
