Bump! Having the same issue with identially setup. Same error logs: Registration failed for user <XXXXX@ims.comcast.net>; reason<port shutdown 403 FORBIDDEN>.

 

Factory reset and re-activation seemed to solve the issue for now but intermittent connection problems persist.
