I'm in Northern NJ and I am getting less than 10% of the speed I paid for. In other words, I am getting less than 10 megabytes. My connection is almost useless. And it is not my equipment!!!!!!
I tried finding the acceptible range for tiers, but could not find it. I know there is some number. Maybe you can call\chat to find out. Remember these are "up to" speeds and not a guaranteed contstant speed. "I think" only business tiers offer a specific minumum (and a static ip).

Our internet speed tiers are an "up to" measurement, but if 10mbps is significantly less than what you're supposed to be getting, there is probably a larger issue here. I'd be happy to take a look at what's going on. Shoot me a private message with your full name and phone number for help.
