I'm having the same issue with my Samsung (Android) phone and also with our Sony Smart TV. My phone has no problem connect to wifi at work or other locations, but will not connect to my home internet. The TV internet is fine as long as we are watching through XFinity. So Netflix, Youtube, etc. is fine if we watch through the Xfinity application. But if I want to switch to the Smart TV applications so I can watch Amazon Prime or Hulu I get messages telling me I have no internet connection.
This is all new since about 2 weeks ago. We moved here about a month ago and everything worked perfectly. No idea what changed and I really don't want to go through all the hassle or additional cost of a service call.
Anyone have suggestions?
SHF0117, did you change firewall settings or change your modem? Have you tried resetting your modem all together?
