Same thing has been happening to me. Finally talked to a real person, and they sent out a tech, who said everything looks good at my house. I also work from home and this is really interferring with my job. Tech said it's probably an issue down the line - but no more info than that. Modem resets don't help.
Extremely frustrating! Also, when I mentioned I'm losing $$ when the conntection drops, the chat agent told me they would credit my account $10. Then I got an email saying I'd be getting a $7 credit.
Really unhappy with Xfinity.
