I am having a similar issue so rather than start a new thread I thought I would rsurrect this one. I'm having the same issue but rather than packcet loss I am having complete drop-outs that last for 5-30 seconds. It's been going on for, at least, two weeks and seems to happen more frequently at night. I've used nearly identical testing methods as the OP and this feels like and resembles oversubscription. Can someone get back to me on this?
